The Fargo Public Schools’ 2015–16 Annual Report has just been posted online. To review the document, simply click on this link. According to Dr. Schatz, Superintendent, “This document showcases the educational programs and services available to our students and families. It is through the support of the entire community that we are able to continue offering a comprehensive educational experience for all our students.”
As you review the annual report, you will find information on:

On Page 2 of the report, you will find data about the District’s AdvancEd Accreditation site visit. Through the hard work and dedication of staff across all of our buildings, the external review team recommended that the Fargo Public Schools maintain the distinction of accreditation by AdvancEd for the next five years. In addition to this recommendation, the external review team left our District with six powerful practices. These are commendations about activities that other school districts across the country could/should replicate in order to provide a high quality education.
Another part of the Annual Report that shows how our students and staff achieve at high levels of success, on Pages 12–14 and Page 16. These pages list some of the achievements for which students and staff have been recognized during the 2015–16 school year. It is wonderful to see how these endeavors support or demonstrate the District’s mission of achieving excellence by educating and empowering all students to succeed.
Throughout the Annual Report, descriptions of some of the District’s department and programs will allow you to the read more about the rich opportunities that our District provides to our students and community to help achieve the seven strategic initiatives found in the Fargo Public Schools Strategic Plan (page 1). The Strategic Plan is truly a proactive road map the District uses to create the kind of educational experiences the community desires for the children we are fortunate to serve.
These are just a few of the highlights of the information and data that can be found in the Fargo Public Schools’ 2015–16 Annual Report.
